HIA GreenSmart is a program that provides up-to-date information on practical, affordable, and durable environmental solutions for residential design and construction. It’s one of Australia’s first professional green building initiatives.
It offers an HIA-accredited training course for builders and designers who wish to acquire green credentials, develop new skills, and access news and opportunities to promote their services in the marketplace.
A project with GreenSmart project accreditation demonstrates to the growing green market and the industry that you offer environmentally responsible home building and/or land development services. Approved projects can be showcased in your marketing materials and submitted for awards.
